Neem de leiding en maak direct impact op de leefomgeving van Lansingerland. Als Coördinator Buitendienst en GIS geef je operationeel leiding aan de teams op de gemeentewerf en het Grondstoffen Inzamelstation (GIS). Jij bent de drijvende kracht achter een efficiënte uitvoering en een veilige werkomgeving. Je analyseert werkprocessen, initieert verbeteringen en zorgt voor draagvlak bij alle stakeholders. Samen met jouw team van de buitendienst en de kantoorstaf zorg je dat Lansingerland er dagelijks strak bij staat. In deze veelzijdige functie pak jij de volgende kernverantwoordelijkheden op: - Coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de gemeentewerf en het GIS. - Beheren van het assetmanagement, het materieel en de gemeentelijke begraafplaatsen. - Bewaken van de P&C-cyclus, planningen en financiën binnen jouw domein. - Uitbrengen van adviezen en leveren van input voor politiek-bestuurlijke besluitvorming. - Schakelen met interne opdrachtgevers en externe leveranciers voor procesoptimalisatie. Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 07:00 tot 15:30 uur. Binnen deze tijden stuur je de uitvoering aan en ben je de rots in de branding voor jouw collega's.
