Jouw impact Als coördinator calamiteitenonderzoek en klachtenfunctionaris, coördineer je calamiteiten & incidentenonderzoek bij de Huisartsen Spoedpost en de aangesloten dagpraktijken. Ook zorg jij ervoor dat klachten van de Huisartsen Spoedpost zorgvuldig worden onderzocht. Dit altijd vanuit het doel om samen te leren en de zorg iedere dag een beetje beter te maken. Je begeleidt onderzoeken, verbindt professionals en vertaalt bevindingen naar concrete verbeteringen die direct bijdragen aan de kwaliteit van zorg in Salland. Jouw werkzaamheden Een greep uit de werkzaamheden: - Je stelt onderzoekscommissies samen en begeleidt het proces. - Je treedt op als onpartijdige en onafhankelijke begeleider en gespreksleider. - Je voert gesprekken met patiënten en/of naasten en zorgverleners en zorgt voor heldere verwachtingen gedurende het proces. - Je analyseert samen met de onderzoekscommissie meldingen volgens de Barrier Failure Analyse (BFA). - Je schrijft heldere rapportages over incidenten en calamiteiten met concrete verbeteradviezen. - Je stimuleert een veilige aanspreekcultuur waarin leren centraal staat. - Je werkt intensief samen met het management van de spoedpost en de medisch directeur. - Samen met de medisch directeur ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de Inspectie (IGJ). Jouw profiel - Je bent analytisch én mensgericht. - Je blijft rustig wanneer emoties hoog oplopen. - Je kunt objectief, goed luisteren en zorgvuldig afwegen. - Je communiceert gemakkelijk met verschillende gesprekspartners en blijft ove...
