Als coördinator dagbesteding op de EMB-groep bied je kinderen met een ernstige meervoudige beperking een veilige en vertrouwde plek. Je kijkt goed naar non-verbale signalen en lichaamstaal om te begrijpen wat een kind nodig heeft. Wat ga je doen? - Je biedt structuur, veiligheid en intensieve verzorging, waaronder hulp bij eten en verschonen. - Je bedient waar nodig de sondevoedingspomp en kunt handelen bij epilepsie. - Je activeert kinderen met sensorische activiteiten, muziek, snoezelen, spelletjes, wandelen of samen eropuit. - Je zorgt voor een goede balans tussen rust en activiteit. - Je werkt met verwijzers en pictogrammen ter ondersteuning van de dagstructuur. - Je stelt doelen op en verwerkt deze in het begeleidingsplan. - Je onderhoudt contact met ouders, verwanten, collega's, de orthopedagoog en waar nodig de gemeente. Je werkt om de zaterdag op de EMB-groep van De Molenhoek. De inzet is ongeveer 14 uur per maand, verdeeld over twee zaterdagen, aangevuld met enkele uren voor contacten met ouders, de orthopedagoog en andere betrokkenen. Wat neem je mee? - Een passende opleiding in zorg en begeleiding. - Affiniteit met kinderen met een ernstige meervoudige beperking. - Geduld, betrokkenheid en het vermogen om kleine signalen goed te herkennen. - Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de afstemming rondom het kind. - Je hebt een christelijke identiteit en bent lid van één van de reformatorische kerken.
