Wanneer je op maandag aankomt op het werk start je rustig op met je collega's en drink je samen even een kop koffie en spreekt het weekend even door. Daarna ga je aan de slag, Je rijdt naar de locaties waar schade is geconstateerd, hier ga je de schade opnemen en kijken wat er allemaal nodig is om ervoor te zorgen dat alles weer piekfijn in orde is. Vanaf hier rij je weer naar kantoor om iedereen aan het werk te zetten en om alle benodigdheden te bestellen. Denk hierbij aan het inplannen van een timmerman en het bestellen van nieuwe keukenkast deuren. Dit is natuurlijk geheel afhankelijk van de schade. Aan het einde van de dag bespreek je nog even de dag na met je collega's in een informele sfeer en de dag zit er weer op!
