Wil je technisch groeien, verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en tegelijk kunnen rekenen op ervaren collega's die je echt begeleiden?Als coördinator elektriciteit krijg je de ruimte om je technische kennis in de praktijk te brengen, projecten van dichtbij op te volgen en stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor.Of je nu een eerste ervaring hebt of al wat kilometers op de teller hebt: als je initiatief neemt, graag bijleert en je thuis voelt in een hecht team, is dit een omgeving waarin je kunt groeien.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bestudeert bestaande elektrische plannen en tekent nieuwe plannen voor schakelborden en installaties.
  • Je werkt PLC-sturingen en automatisatieplannen uit en programmeert deze.
  • Je volgt lopende technische projecten op van voorbereiding tot uitvoering.
  • Je overlegt met collega's en zorgt dat iedereen over de juiste technische informatie beschikt.
  • Je gaat gemiddeld 2 keer per week naar een werf om projecten en installaties op te volgen.
  • Je verzorgt de technische administratie, waaronder: aanvragen van elektrische aansluitingen, beheren van contracten, opvolgen van elektrische keuringen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over oplossingen en neemt initiatief wanneer je opportuniteiten of problemen ziet.
  • Je werkt volgens hoge normen op vlak van preventie, veiligheid en technische kwaliteit.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een technisch team waar vertrouwen, begeleiding en verantwoordelijkheid hand in hand gaan. Je krijgt een duidelijke week- en maandplanning, maar niemand staat elke dag naast je om te controleren waar je mee bezig bent. Je krijgt de vrijheid om je werk zelfstandig te organiseren en wordt tegelijk ondersteund door ervaren mensen wanneer je ergens tegenaan loopt. Voor iemand die aan het begin van zijn carrière staat, betekent dat een interessante combinatie: je krijgt de kans om snel veel te leren zonder dat er verwacht wordt dat je alles al beheerst. Opleiding is hier geen loze belofte. Er wordt gewerkt met persoonlijke opleidingsplannen en er wordt bewust geïnvesteerd in jouw technische en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Daarnaast staat de organisatie aan de vooravond van verdere groei. Door de uitbreiding van de activiteiten ontstaan er mogelijkheden om op termijn meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen, projecten naar je toe te trekken en eventueel een groter team te begeleiden. En minstens zo belangrijk: je wordt onderdeel van een warme, collegiale groep. Techniek is hier geen individuele sport. Overleggen, vragen stellen, kennis delen en samen naar oplossingen zoeken zijn dagelijkse kost.
