Wat ga je doen?

Ben jij een gestructureerde organisator met logistieke ervaring en een passie voor efficiënt en foutloos werken? Voor onze klant, gespecialiseerd in het toeleveren van mechanische onderdelen, halffabricaten en complete machines of installaties, zoeken we een Coördinator Expeditie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Je vormt de directe schakel naar de productiemanager en houdt hem/haar continu op de hoogte van de logistieke flow en eventuele knelpunten. - Je coördineert het volledige proces rond verpakken, laden, lossen en transporteren van inkomende en uitgaande goederen. Daarnaast zorg je voor een correcte sortering van toegeleverd snij- en brandwerk. - Je plant en organiseert zowel interne als externe transporten en beheert de volledige transportagenda. - Je boekt alle inkomende en uitgaande goederen in het ERP-systeem (MKG) en staat in voor het aankopen en opvolgen van uitbestedingen, zowel telefonisch als via mail. -Je voert visuele kwaliteitscontroles uit en controleert de aantallen van alle goederen die binnenkomen of vertrekken. - Je bent bedreven in het besturen van een heftruck.

Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring in een coördinerende logistieke functie.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen
  • Je stelt je pro-actief op en gaat geen uitdaging uit de weg;
  • Je bent een teamspeler en communiceert vlot.
  • Je beschikt over de nodige stressbestendigheid

Opleiding: Een opleiding binnen de logistieke sector is een plus

Vakkennis: Ervaring met ERP-systemen. Heftruck ervaring.

Talenkennis: Je bent het Nederlands zowel mondeling als schriftelijk machtig. Andere talen zijn mooi meegenomen.

Attesten: Je beschikt over een geldig heftruckattest
