Iedere dag zorgen we ervoor dat miljoenen consumenten kunnen rekenen op verse groenten, fruit en maaltijdsalades. Achter die belofte staat een logistieke operatie die tot in de puntjes moet kloppen. Als Coördinator Expeditie ben jij degene die overzicht houdt, de lijnen uitzet en ervoor zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Heb jij de skills voor SuperVers? Dit wordt jouw baan. Als Coördinator Expeditie zorg jij voor een soepel, veilig en efficiënt verloop van onze logistieke processen. Je stuurt logistiek medewerkers aan, bewaakt de dagelijkse operatie en zorgt ervoor dat producten op tijd en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen worden verwerkt en verzonden. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, schakelt snel bij uitdagingen en weet mensen en processen optimaal op elkaar af te stemmen. Met jouw overzicht, daadkracht en coachende aanpak houd je de expeditie continu in beweging. Als Coördinator Expeditie: - Coach je een team van logistiek medewerkers en zorg je voor een effectieve samenwerking op de expeditie. - Coördineer je de dagelijkse logistieke operatie en houd je continu overzicht op planning, voortgang en capaciteit. - Instrueer en begeleid je medewerkers, zodat werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen worden uitgevoerd. - Stuur je actief op kwaliteit, hygiëne, veiligheid en orde op de werkvloer. - Regisseer je de dagelijkse expeditieprocessen en zorg je voor een efficiënte en tijdige uitlevering van onze producten. - Bewaak je de voortgang van orders en zorg je ervoor dat laad- en transportplanningen optimaal worden uitgevoerd. - Signaleer je afwijkingen en knelpunten en onderneem je direct de juiste acties om het proces optimaal te laten verlopen. - Zorg je ervoor dat eindproducten correct, volledig ...
