Coördinator Adviesloket Ben jij een ondernemende coördinator die mensen wil verbinden, vrijwilligers kan inspireren en samenwerkt om ons adviesloket verder te ontwikkelen? In de gemeente Aa en Hunze zijn veel regelingen en ondersteuningsmogelijkheden voor inwoners met geldzorgen. Toch blijkt dat inwoners deze niet altijd weten te vinden of moeite hebben met het aanvragen ervan. Daarom willen we het Adviesloket Aa en Hunze verder uitbouwen tot een herkenbare en laagdrempelige plek waar inwoners terecht kunnen met vragen over geldzaken, regelingen en ondersteuning. Als coördinator speel jij in deze nieuwe functie een sleutelrol in de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het adviesloket. Wat ga je doen? Als coördinator Adviesloket Aa en Hunze zorg je voor de dagelijkse coördinatie, kwaliteit en doorontwikkeling van het adviesloket. Je bent de spil tussen inwoners, vrijwilligers, ervaringsdeskundigen, samenwerkingspartners en collega's. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Begeleiden en coachen van vrijwilligers die werkzaam zijn binnen het adviesloket - Werven, inwerken en inplannen van vrijwilligers - Ondersteunen van vrijwilligers bij complexe vragen en het borgen van deskundigheid - Onderhouden en versterken van samenwerkingen met gemeente en mogelijke doorverwijzers - Vergroten van de bekendheid van het adviesloket onder inwoners en professionals - Monitoren en registreren van hulpvragen, doorverwijzingen en resultaten - Signaleren van trends, knelpunten en kansen binnen het sociaal domein - Indien nodig zelf draaien van spreekuren binnen het adviesloket Je werkt actief aan een adviesloket waar inwoners zich welkom voelen, snel geholpen worden en ondersteuning ontvangen die aansluit bij hun situatie.
