Voor onze organisatie Inoa zijn wij op zoek naar een Coördinator Facilitaire Diensten.

In deze sleutelrol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het strategisch, tactisch en operationeel beheer van onze facilitaire diensten: keuken, onderhoud en magazijn. Je ontwikkelt een toekomstgerichte facilitaire visie die de werking van onze organisatie optimaal ondersteunt en bijdraagt aan een veilige, kwalitatieve en duurzame omgeving.

Als leidinggevende stuur je de verantwoordelijken van de verschillende facilitaire teams aan en creëer je een cultuur van samenwerking, verantwoordelijkheid en continue verbetering. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on aanpak en weet medewerkers te inspireren en te begeleiden in hun verdere ontwikkeling.

Je maakt deel uit van de ondersteunende diensten en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de het directieteam. Voor de uitwerking van het facilitaire beleid werk je nauw samen met het volledige directieteam en de verantwoordelijken van de verschillende facilitaire teams en andere departementen. Je speelt hierin een belangrijke en verbindende rol.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een integraal facilitair beleid dat aansluit bij de missie en strategische doelstellingen van Inoa en Evara – en in afstemming met alle departementen.
  • Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de facilitaire diensten: keuken, onderhoud en magazijn.
  • Je geeft leiding aan de verantwoordelijken van de facilitaire teams en stimuleert samenwerking, groei en resultaatgericht werken.
  • Je adviseert het directieteam over facilitaire thema's zoals dienstverlening, duurzaamheid en organisatieontwikkeling.
  • Je waarborgt een kwalitatieve, veilige en kostenefficiënte dienstverlening en ziet toe op de naleving van kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en hygiënenormen.
  • Je volgt contracten en samenwerkingen met externe leveranciers op en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening.
  • Je detecteert verbeterkansen, vertaalt ontwikkelingen binnen de sector naar de organisatie en stimuleert innovatie binnen de facilitaire werking.
  • Je vormt de brug tussen strategische beleidskeuzes en de dagelijkse werking van de facilitaire diensten.

Ervaring en kwalificaties

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een facilitaire richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende functie.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen facility management of een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Ervaring binnen een zorg- of non-profitorganisatie is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met het werken binnen een complexe organisatiecontext en weet adequaat om te gaan met veranderende wetgeving en maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bij voorkeur een eigen wagen. (Verplaatsing naar alle vestigingen is noodzakelijk.)
