The posting

We zoeken een praktische organisator en systeemdenker die de ruimte en het vertrouwen krijgt om onze werking opnieuw te bekijken, verbeteringen voor te stellen en duurzame systemen uit te bouwen.

Je staat op de werkvloer met het schoonmaak team om de bewoners een warme en propere woonomgeving aan te bieden.

Je brengt onder meer onze voorraden, apparatuur, onderhoudsplanningen, schoonmaakorganisatie en preventiewerking in kaart. Vervolgens vertaal je je bevindingen naar duidelijke procedures, planningen en opvolgingssystemen.

Je krijgt daarbij een ruime opdracht en de nodige carte blanche om, in overleg met de directie en medewerkers, een moderne en toekomstgerichte werking uit te bouwen als interne preventie-adviseur.

Je combineert drie belangrijke rollen:

  • je professionaliseert onze facilitaire en logistieke werking;
  • je coördineert en volgt de dagelijkse schoonmaak- en logistieke activiteiten;
  • je neemt de functie van intern preventieadviseur op.

Je werkt zowel beleidsmatig als operationeel. Je ontwikkelt systemen en procedures, maar blijft ook zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer.

Je bent iemand die:

  • graag een bestaande werking analyseert en verbetert;
  • niet alleen problemen vaststelt, maar ook oplossingen uitwerkt;
  • zelfstandig projecten kan opnemen en opvolgen;
  • overzicht kan bewaren over personeel, voorraden, apparatuur en deadlines;
  • praktisch ingesteld is en begrijpt wat er op de werkvloer nodig is;
  • medewerkers kan meenemen in veranderingen;
  • duidelijk en respectvol communiceert;
  • beslissingen en adviezen met feiten en registraties kan onderbouwen;
  • prioriteiten kan stellen en planmatig werkt;
  • initiatief durft nemen en verantwoordelijkheid opneemt;
  • voldoende digitaal vaardig is om registraties, planningen en opvolgsystemen uit te bouwen.

Ervaring in schoonmaak, logistiek, facilitair beheer, technisch beheer of onderhoud is belangrijk. Ervaring als leidinggevende, ploegverantwoordelijke of planner is een sterke meerwaarde.

Ook een ervaren schoonmaakmedewerker of logistiek medewerker met organisatorisch talent, leiderschapspotentieel en de ambitie om een ruimere verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen, kan in aanmerking komen.
