Jouw rol in ons team De Coördinator Financiële- en Zorgadministratie is verantwoordelijk voor een juiste, volledige en tijdige verwerking van de financiële en zorgadministratie van Werken Sterkt. De functionaris borgt de rechtmatigheid van registraties, financieringen en declaraties en draagt zorg voor betrouwbare managementinformatie en een controleerbare administratie. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Financiële administratie - Zelfstandig beheren en bewaken van de financiële en administratieve processen, waaronder debiteuren, crediteuren, facturatie, declaraties en verwerking van financiële mutaties in Exact; - Verzorgen van aansluitingen tussen grootboek en subadministraties en ondersteunen bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen en BTW-administratie; - Opstellen van financiële en managementrapportages en leveren van financiële input voor begrotingen, projecten en subsidieaanvragen; - Onderhouden van contact met accountant, administratiekantoor, financiers en gemeenten. Zorg- en trajectadministratie - Beheren van de zorg- en trajectadministratie, waaronder aanmeldingen, plaatsingen, uitstroom, beschikkingen, financieringen en cliëntgegevens in Zilliz; - Bewaken van de volledigheid en juistheid van dossiers, wachtlijsten, indicaties en de inzet daarvan; - Opste...
