The posting

Als Coördinator Bouwkunde zorg je ervoor dat gebouwen, terreinen en installaties op orde zijn en blijven. Het gaat hierbij vooral om kleinere onderhouds- en verbeterprojecten en dagelijkse werkzaamheden, in plaats van grote bouwtrajecten.

Je houdt overzicht, schakelt met leveranciers en zorgt dat werkzaamheden goed en veilig worden uitgevoerd. Daarbij kijk je vooruit: wat moet er onderhouden worden en wat kan beter?

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Het organiseren en begeleiden van onderhoud en kleine projecten

- Het afstemmen met leveranciers en interne stakeholders

- Het controleren van werkzaamheden op kwaliteit, planning en veiligheid

- Het bijhouden en beoordelen van rapportages en inspecties

Gaat dit over jou? Je houdt van een rol waarin je praktisch bezig bent en snel resultaat ziet. Je voelt je prettig in een omgeving waar veel tegelijk speelt en waar je regelmatig moet schakelen.

Je hoeft niet alles al te kunnen: als je de basis hebt en wilt leren, dan krijg je daar bij Eneco de ruimte voor.

Daarnaast heb je:

- Een mbo 4- of hbo-diploma richting bouwkunde of installatietechniek

- Ervaring met beheer en onderhoud van gebouwen of installaties

- Technisch inzicht en gevoel voor wat er speelt in de praktijk

- Een gestructureerde manier van werken en oog voor detail

- Ervaring met operationeel contractbeheer en het aansturen van leveranciers

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor - Het coördineren van preventief en correctief onderhoud

- Het begeleiden van leveranciers en uitvoeren van controles

- Het signaleren en oppakken van onderhouds- en verbeterpunten

- Het beoordelen van rapportages, offertes en onderhoudsplannen.
