Je geeft leiding aan de horecateams en houdt overzicht over de restaurants, vergadercentra, koffievoorzieningen en de dienstverlening rondom feesten en partijen, zoals jubilea en afscheidsrecepties. Daarbij zorg je dat mensen, processen en dienstverlening goed op elkaar aansluiten en dat onze gasten zich welkom voelen. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan de dienstverlening van vandaag. Horeca blijft zich ontwikkelen en ook binnen ZGT werken we verder aan ons aanbod, met aandacht voor gezonde en duurzame voeding. Vanuit jouw kennis van de praktijk zie je waar kansen liggen en weet je deze ontwikkeling te verbinden met gastvrijheid, kwaliteit en de wensen van onze gasten. Binnen de afgesproken kaders werk je zelfstandig en neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse organisatie en verdere ontwikkeling van de horeca. Je signaleert knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden, stelt prioriteiten en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties. Ook ondersteun en adviseer je de manager bij beleidsmatige en organisatorische vraagstukken. Je geeft medewerkers duidelijke kaders en tegelijkertijd de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en eigenaarschap te nemen. Daarbij zorg je voor goede samenwerking en afstemming tussen beide locaties. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - leiding geeft aan de horecateams op beide locaties, duidelijke kaders stelt en eigenaarschap en samenwerking stimuleert; - verantwoordelijk bent voor de kwaliteit, continuïteit en organisatie van de restaurants, vergadercentra en koffievoorzieningen; - eindverantwoordelijk bent voor de dienstverlening rondom feesten, partijen en bijzondere g...
