Groen in alles wat we doen - 3 juli 2026 Vacature: het Wasven zoekt een coördinator Horeca Locatie Eindhoven, 28- 32 uur, M/V Het Wasven is op zoek naar een coördinator Horeca die leiding geeft aan het team van eerste en ambulante medewerkers bediening. Iemand die op natuurlijke wijze het team aanstuurt, de bezettingsplanning regelt en nieuwe medewerkers opleidt. De coördinator communiceert open met een positieve instelling, signaleert verbeterpunten en denkt mee over oplossingen. Je werkt samen met collega's, deelnemers en zorgbegeleiders aan een optimale beleving voor onze gasten. We zoeken een enthousiaste collega die sociaal vaardig is en weet van aanpakken. Iemand met ruime ervaring in de horeca en aantoonbare leidinggevende capaciteiten. Je hebt affiniteit met lokale, biologische en plantaardige producten en weet dit over te brengen op gasten en medewerkers. Je bent leermeester of bereid het te worden. Wij bieden een afwisselende baan in een groene omgeving. We werken met een veelzijdig team en leveren duurzame producten en diensten. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor eigen inbreng.
