The posting

Wil jij mee vorm geven aan de infrastructuur waarop Defensie steunt? Bij het Ministerie van Defensie krijg je de kans om te werken aan uitdagende projecten die variëren van renovaties tot complexe nieuwbouwprojecten voor nieuwe wapensystemen en complete kwartieren.

Jouw rol

Als coördinator binnen de sectie Infrastructuur neem je een sleutelrol op in het beheer en de ontwikkeling van het infrastructuurpark van Defensie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle assets en infrastructuur in het domein van logistieke infrastructuur.

  • Je bepaalt nationale prioriteiten en zorgt voor opvolging van lokaal beheer in kwartieren
  • Je identificeert en valideert behoeften en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor eenheden en stafdiensten
  • Je beheert het jaarlijks budget en stelt budgettaire vooruitzichten op
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met externe aannemers, leveranciers en serviceproviders
  • Je levert technische expertise aan eenheden: projecten, procesverbetering, coördinatie en coaching

Selectieprocedure

De procedure bestaat uit:

  1. Screening van diploma en ervaring
  2. Een computertest bij Werkenvoor.be (bij voldoende kandidaten)
  3. Een interview met gevalstudie bij FOD BOSA in Brussel

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma architectuur, burgerlijk ingenieur bouwkunde/architectuur of industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde
  • Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in minstens 2 van deze gebieden: masterplannen, vastgoedbeheer, projectcoördinatie, budgetopvolging of infrastructuurbeheer
  • Je hebt goede kennis van moderne bouwtechnieken en normen voor constructief ontwerp
  • Basiskennis Frans en Microsoft Office, Revit, AutoCAD of BIM zijn een pluspunt
