De Regionale Sociale Dienst Kromme Rijn Heuvelrug biedt een vangnet voor de inwoners van de gemeenten De Bilt, Bunnik, Utrechtse Heuvelrug, Wijk bij Duurstede en Zeist die tijdelijk niet of onvoldoende in hun inkomen kunnen voorzien. Wij begeleiden hen zo snel mogelijk naar betaald werk of een andere dagbesteding. Een uitdagende taak. Het succes van onze organisatie hangt af van de resultaten die wij behalen in de uitstroom van cliënten, het beperken van de instroom en de kwaliteit waarmee wij bestaande cliënten begeleiding bieden. Opdracht Als Coördinator Inkoop en Facilitair voer je zelfstandig en naar eigen inzicht de onderstaande werkzaamheden projectmatig uit. De RSD heeft de processen rondom inkoop, aanbesteding en contractbeheer organisatie breed ingevoerd. De borging en verdere verbetering van deze processen staan centraal in deze opdracht. Hierin vervul je een regisserende en vernieuwende rol. Inkoop, aanbesteding en contractbeheer - Je hebt een regisserende rol bij inkoop, aanbesteding en contractbeheer; - Je bent namens de RSD de centrale contactpersoon voor Stichting Inkoopbureau Midden Nederland (IBMN); - Je Regisseert de vastgestelde processen en afspraken rondom inkoop en contractbeheer.
