Wat ga je doen Als coördinator jaarrekening en interimcontrole heb je een centrale rol in het financiële verantwoordingsproces. Jij houdt overzicht, brengt mensen en informatie bij elkaar en zorgt dat afspraken en deadlines worden gehaald. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen de organisatie en bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor onze externe accountant. Daarnaast verbeter je de financiële en jaarrekening processen om de doorlooptijd te verkorten en de kwaliteit te verhogen. Daarbij lever je tijdig en kwalitatief hoogwaardige jaarrekeningstukken op. Als coördinator werk je dagelijks aan: - Coördineren van het jaarrekeningproces en de interimcontrole: je maakt de planning, organiseert en faciliteert het proces van begin tot eind en zorgt dat alle betrokkenen weten wat er wanneer van hen wordt verwacht. - Bewaken van kwaliteit en voortgang: je coacht en ondersteunt financieel medewerkers en budgethouders bij het aanleveren van hun deelbijdragen, zorgt dat benodigde informatie tijdig, volledig en betrouwbaar beschikbaar is en voert hierop een inhoudelijke kwaliteitstoets uit, onder andere op juistheid conform het BBV (besluit begroting en verantwoording). Daarnaast help je zelf mee bij het samenstellen van balansdossiers. - Schakelen met de externe accountant: je begeleidt de controle, coördineert de informatievoorziening en bent een belangrijke gesprekspartner tijdens het proces. - Adviseren en ondersteunen van het bestuur: je schrijft bestuurlijke besluitvormingsstukken en bereidt bestuurlijke besprekingen voor over de jaarrekening...
