Als Coördinator / Jobcoach ben jij de verbindende schakel op de werkvloer. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt, ondersteunt flex-collega's in hun dagelijkse werk en houdt nauw contact met opdrachtgevers. Wat ga je doen als Coördinator/Jobcoach? - Je coördineert de dagelijkse planning van onze flex-collega's. - Je onderhoudt direct contact met zowel medewerkers als opdrachtgevers. - Je begeleidt flex-collega's en biedt hen ondersteuning. Of het nu gaat om huisvesting, ziekte of het wennen aan een nieuwe omgeving, jij helpt flex-collega's om zich snel thuis te voelen in Nederland. - Je stelt contracten en werkgerelateerde documentatie op en beheert deze zorgvuldig. - Je werkt nauw samen met recruitment en administratie. - Je signaleert knelpunten en zorgt voor snelle, praktische oplossingen.
