Binnen een landelijk opererende technische organisatie krijg je als Coördinator KAM (HVK) veel vrijheid om kwaliteit, arbeidsomstandigheden, milieu en veiligheid verder te professionaliseren. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende technische projecten, van duurzame scholen en ziekenhuizen tot complexe overheidsgebouwen. Daarbij speel je een belangrijke rol in het verder ontwikkelen en uitrollen van Safety Culture Ladder trede 4. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Als Coördinator KAM ben je de inhoudelijke sparringpartner die veiligheid en kwaliteit vertaalt naar de dagelijkse praktijk. - Je adviseert directie, management en projectteams over kwaliteit, arbeidsomstandigheden, veiligheid en milieu. - Je denkt vanaf de voorbereidingsfase mee over een veilige en beheersbare uitvoering van projecten en bent regelmatig zichtbaar op projectlocaties. - Je voert audits en werkplekinspecties uit en begeleidt RI&E's, VGM-projectplannen, taakrisicoanalyses en certificeringstrajecten. - Je analyseert incidenten en vertaalt bevindingen naar concrete, structurele verbetermaatregelen. - Je ontwikkelt toolboxen, trainingen en bewustwordingssessies en helpt Safety Culture Ladder trede 4 verder te implementeren binnen bestaande en nieuw aangesloten vestigingen.
