Als coördinator key accountbeheer bij Menzis in Wageningen maak jij key accountbeheer slimmer, sneller en beter. Je stuurt het team key accountbeheerders functioneel aan, verbetert processen op een agile manier en onderzoekt waar AI en data het werk vooruit helpen. Zo zorg je dat de administratie van onze zakelijke relaties, gemeenten, intermediairs en vergelijkers elke dag klopt en op tijd is. Dit ga je doen: - Je verbetert en vernieuwt de processen rond key accountbeheer met Agile en Lean. Je signaleert knelpunten, initieert verbeteringen en coördineert de implementatie. - Je onderzoekt waar AI-toepassingen het werk beter of sneller maken, en vertaalt die kansen naar werkende oplossingen in de dagelijkse praktijk. - Je verhoogt de datakwaliteit en zet data slim in om keuzes te onderbouwen en het team te sturen. - Je coördineert en plant de werkzaamheden van key accountbeheer rond verzekeringsproducten, beleidsvraagstukken en bedrijfszorgdienstverlening, en bewaakt dat alles tijdig en correct wordt uitgevoerd. - Je geeft functioneel leiding aan de key accountbeheerders: je coacht, geeft feedback en zorgt dat het team goed draait. - Je bent eerste aanspreekpunt bij escalaties in de administratieve processen en vindt dankzij je interne netwerk snel de juiste collega. - Samen met een Strategisch Adviseur Gezondheidsmanagement (SAG) vorm je het accountteam voor een beperkt aantal grootzakelijke relaties.
