In deze functie combineer je klantenservice en planning met een coördinerende rol binnen het team. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's, denkt mee over vraagstukken en houdt overzicht over wat er binnen de afdeling speelt. Ook krijg je een belangrijke rol in de verdere professionalisering van onze manier van werken. Iets voor jou? Lees dan verder. Wat ga je doen Samen met je collega's heb je veel contact met ouders. Vragen komen binnen via telefoon en mail. Van inschrijven en wachten op een plek tot vragen over kinderopvangtoeslag. Je beantwoordt de vraag zelf als dat kan en schakelt de juiste collega in als dat nodig is. Ook draai je een 'balie' dag. Je hebt dan telefoondienst en beheert de algemene inbox van de klantenservice. Zo krijg je een goed beeld wat er bij de ouders leeft. Daarnaast werk je als kindplanner voor een aantal locaties. Je beheert wachtlijsten, plant kinderen op de juiste plek en houdt contact met ouders en locaties. Daarbij kijk je verder dan één aanvraag. Waarom heeft de ene locatie een wachtlijst, terwijl er op een andere locatie nog plek is? Je bespreekt dit met collega-planners en kijkt samen hoe je de beschikbare plekken zo goed mogelijk kunt benutten. Collega's komen bij jou als ze ergens tegenaan lopen of willen sparren. Je denkt mee over vragen uit de dagelijkse praktijk, helpt bij vragen over de softwarepakketten Kidsvision en Konnect en schakelt zo nodig met een (software)leverancier. Ook ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de manager klantenservice en planning. Je organiseert en leidt de teamoverleggen en houdt overzicht over afspraken en acties.
