Coördinator Klachtenafhandeling - Juridisch - HBO - 24 - 24 uur Zorg voor een goede afhandeling van klachten en draag bij aan betere dienstverlening. Wat ga je doen? Binnen Venlo vinden we het belangrijk dat inwoners zich gehoord voelen en dat we zorgvuldig omgaan met signalen uit de samenleving. Klachten geven ons niet alleen de kans om een situatie goed af te handelen, maar laten ook zien waar onze dienstverlening beter kan. Vanuit die gedachte zorg je voor een zorgvuldige behandeling van klachten en help je de organisatie om hiervan te leren. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klachten en begeleidt het proces van begin tot eind. Daarbij zoek je eerst naar een persoonlijke en informele oplossing. Lukt dat niet, dan volgt een formele behandeling volgens de Algemene wet bestuursrecht. Je brengt inwoners, collega's en andere betrokkenen met elkaar in gesprek en bewaakt dat de klacht zorgvuldig en tijdig wordt afgehandeld. Je kijkt verder dan het individuele dossier. Samen met de andere klachtencoördinatoren signaleer je patronen en knelpunten en vertaal je deze naar concrete verbeterpunten. Zo draag je bij aan een dienstverlening waarin we blijven luisteren, leren en verbeteren. Als Coordinator Klachtenafhandeling: - coördineer je klachten en bewaak je de voortgang en tijdige afhandeling; - breng je inwoners, collega's en andere betrokkenen met elkaar in gesprek en zoek je naar een informele oplossing; - behandel je klachten volgens de Algemene wet bestuursrecht en stel je gemotiveerde beslissingen op; - signaleer je terugkerende patronen en knelpunten en adviseer je over mogelijke verbeteringen; - werk je samen met de senior klachtencoördinator aan de verdere ontwikkeling van klachtbehandeling binnen Venlo.
