Beschik jij over organisatorisch talent, commerciële feeling en haal je energie uit klantencontact? Werk je graag autonoom in een nieuwe rol met impact? Dan is deze functie op jouw maat geschreven.

In deze nieuwe functie binnen een groeiende afdeling neem jij de volledige organisatie over nadat een salesdossier is afgerond. Jij bent hét vaste aanspreekpunt voor de klant en zorgt ervoor dat alles perfect wordt ingepland en opgevolgd.

Als Coördinator Klantenplanning ben jij de spil tussen klant, sales en uitvoering:

  • Je neemt dossiers over van sales en vertaalt deze naar een concrete planning
  • Je plant service-interventies, installaties, opstarten en opleidingen
  • Je stemt alles rechtstreeks af met klanten en bewaakt deadlines en afspraken
  • Je zorgt voor een evenwichtige planning van service- en opleidingsmedewerkers
  • Je organiseert logistiek en opvolging van installaties en opleidingen
  • Je staat klanten telefonisch en administratief te woord en beantwoordt hun vragen
  • Je verwerkt alles correct in de systemen en optimaliseert administratieve processen
  • Je volgt de voorraad op en plaatst bestellingen
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, maar beheert jouw planning autonoom voor meerdere landen

Je bent de enige planner voor drie landen, met ondersteuning van collega's in andere teams.

  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Frans en hebt goede noties van Duits (durven spreken is belangrijk)
  • Je hebt ervaring in planning, administratie of customer service
  • Je houdt van klantencontact en combineert servicegerichtheid met commerciële feeling
  • Je werkt vlot met digitale systemen en MS Office
  • Je bent gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht
  • Je denkt vooruit, schakelt snel en werkt graag zelfstandig
  • Je bent enthousiast, flexibel en hands-on
