Voor onze klant Cortina zijn we op zoek naar een dynamiserend QHSE Coördinator. Cortina is een internationaal en innovatief familiebedrijf dat een leidende rol speelt in de wereldwijde schoenen- en modewereld. Ze hebben hun eigen private label collectie, staan bekend om hun breed aanbod van licentieschoenen en hebben ook eigen merken: Safety Jogger, Patrick en SJ. Elk jaar verkopen ze wereldwijd meer dan 30 miljoen paar schoenen.

Jouw rol

Wil jij jouw expertise inzetten voor een bedrijf dat kwaliteit en duurzaamheid niet als 'buzzword', maar als kernwaarde beschouwt? Ben je op zoek naar een rol waarin je écht de verbinding kan maken tussen strategie, mensen en processen? Dan ben jij de versterking die Cortina nodig heeft!

· Als QHSE Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en bewaken van het beleid rond kwaliteit, preventie, milieu en welzijn.

· Je krijgt de kans om het QHSE beleid helemaal op te zetten, vanuit je risico-analyse en kwaliteitsgerichte visie.

· Je zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie voldoet aan alle wettelijke verplichtingen, relevante normeringen én dat hun medewerkers kunnen werken in een veilige omgeving die continue verbetering stimuleert op alle mogelijke vlakken.

· Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen, adviseert leidinggevenden en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers.

  • Je combineert je hogere opleiding met ervaring met het implementeren van ISO-systemen tot een gedragen kwaliteitsbeleid. Heb je ervaring in preventie, dan is dit helemaal ideaal – maar interesse is het belangrijkste. Cortina is bereid om te investeren in jouw opleiding tot Preventieadviseur.
  • Naast het Nederlands, kan je je ook vlot uitdrukken in het Engels.
  • Je houdt ervan om je strategische inzichten in kwaliteit en veiligheid te vertalen naar de praktijk.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt ownership en communiceert inspirerend. Teamgeest is voor jou een basiswaarde.
