  • Als lascoördinator neem jij het voortouw bij het structureren en optimaliseren van alle lasprocessen binnen de productie.
  • Je stelt lasmethodebeschrijvingen en duidelijke werkinstructies op, zodat het productieteam altijd exact weet hoe ze de hoogste kwaliteit behalen.
  • De volledige coördinatie, begeleiding en controle van de laswerkzaamheden ligt in jouw handen om een feilloze workflow te garanderen.
  • Het proactief beoordelen van de gehanteerde lasmethoden en het kwalificeren van de lassers zorgt voor een continu hoog niveau van vakmanschap.
  • Met jouw expertise draag je innovaties en verbeterpunten aan om de efficiëntie en veiligheid op de werkvloer constant te verbeteren.
  • Je schakelt nauw met sales, productie en de Quality Director, waardoor alle neuzen binnen de organisatie in dezelfde richting staan.
  • Samen met een enthousiaste groep van 50 lassers zorg je ervoor dat het werk op de meest kwalitatieve en efficiënte manier wordt uitgevoerd.

Profiel

  • Voor deze sleutelrol als lascoördinator zoeken we iemand die stevig in zijn schoenen staat en technisch leiderschap meebrengt.
  • Je beschikt over een afgeronde opleiding tot lascoördinator RWC-B.
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een coördinerende rol binnen een productieomgeving zorgt ervoor dat je meteen je weg vindt.
  • Een grondige kennis van diverse lastechnieken en de normen ISO-3834 en EN-1090-2 is absoluut noodzakelijk.
  • Ervaring met piping of een certificaat VTW-2 visuele lasinspectie wordt gezien als een sterke troef.
