The posting

Voor Voorzieningen voor Bijzondere Jeugdzorg De Brem zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven coördinator die samen met het team elke dag het verschil wil maken voor kwetsbare kinderen en jongeren die extra ondersteuning nodig hebben.

In De Brem werk je samen met andere coördinatoren binnen één van de drie leefgroepen:

  • Een leefgroep voor kinderen van 3 tot 12 jaar
  • Een pubergroep voor jongeren van 12 tot 18 jaar
  • Een verticale leefgroep voor kinderen en jongeren van 3 tot 18 jaar

Als coördinator combineer je leiderschap, pedagogische expertise en mensgerichtheid. Je staat dicht bij je team, maar houdt tegelijk het grotere geheel voor ogen.

  • Je stuurt het team van pedagogische medewerkers aan en zorgt voor een vlotte werking, zowel organisatorisch als pedagogisch.
  • Je leidt teamvergaderingen, ondersteunt medewerkers in hun dagelijkse uitdagingen en stimuleert hen om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
  • Je bent een inspirerend voorbeeld en bewaakt samen met het team de pedagogische visie en kwaliteit van de begeleiding.
  • Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor ouders, contextfiguren en externe partners en betrokken bij intakegesprekken.
  • Je denkt actief mee over beleid en leefgroep-overstijgende thema’s in het directieoverleg.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directeur.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelorsdiploma in de orthopedagogie, sociaal werk, toegepaste psychologie, sociale readaptatiewetenschappen, gezinswetenschappen, onderwijs, sociale gezondheidszorg en/of pedagogie van het jonge kind of evenwaardig;
  • Je beschikt over 4 jaar relevante ervaring.
