Onze partner staat bekend om zijn verwerking van fruitsap en is één van de grootste producenten ter wereld en behoort tot de wereldwijde top 3 in de productie van sinaasappelsap en concentraat. Vanuit Brazilië beheren ze de volledige keten: van de teelt van sinaasappelen tot de levering van hoogwaardige producten aan klanten in meer dan 100 landen.

Heb jij ervaring als logistiek teamleider en wil jij jouw carrière verder uitbouwen in een zeer stabiel bedrijf? In ruil krijg je hiervoor een mooi startloon afhankelijk van jouw jaren ervaring, maaltijdcheques van 10 euro, 12 extra ADV dagen en werkzekerheid.

  • Je coördineert alle logistieke activiteiten rond opslag, transport, expeditie, goederenontvangst en douane.
  • Je onderhandelt over transportkosten en externe opslag en onderhoudt relaties met logistieke partners en leveranciers.
  • Je stemt klantenleveringen af met Sales en Customer Service en bewaakt tijdige levering, kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid.
  • Je ondersteunt de planning en uitvoering van lokale en wereldwijde supply chain-processen en grote productverzendingen.
  • Je leidt en motiveert het logistieke team met aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit, milieu en innovatie.
  • Je beheert het logistieke budget en volgt kosten en prestaties op.
  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor logistieke projecten en werkt samen met verschillende interne afdelingen en internationale teams.
  • Je ondersteunt het kwaliteitssysteem (GMP, ISO 9000/14000) en het beleid rond veiligheid, welzijn en milieu.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig denkniveau, bij voorkeur in logistiek, supply chain, bedrijfskunde of een aanverwante richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende logistieke functie, bij voorkeur in een terminal-, haven- of logistieke omgeving.
  • Je bent een sterke people manager die medewerkers motiveert, coacht en begeleidt bij veranderingen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk, resultaatgericht, analytisch en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en vertaalt operationele uitdagingen naar efficiënte oplossingen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en SAP en inzicht in douaneformaliteiten en logistieke processen.
