We reageren meestal binnen drie dagen Bij Brandwise zijn we op zoek naar een (assistent) leidinggevende voor ons distributiecentrum. Een coördinator die weet hoe logistieke processen geoptimaliseerd kunnen worden, die leiding kan geven aan een team en die de handen zelf ook nog graag uit de mouwen steekt. Dit ga je doen Ons distributiecentrum is één van de belangrijkste organen van onze organisatie. Dagelijks zijn er inkomende, uitgaande en retour te zenden materialen die verwerkt moeten worden, zijn er voorraden die bijgehouden moeten worden en is er sprake van binnenkomende leveranciers, projectmanagers of merchandisers die dingen nodig hebben. Ons logistieke team van zowel vaste als wisselende krachten is hier voornamelijk mee bezig. Het wordt jouw job om leiding te geven aan het logistieke team, om (personeels)planningen te maken in de betreffende systemen en om ervoor te zorgen dat er een correcte communicatie blijft plaatsvinden tussen verschillende stakeholders en het logistieke team. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met het administratief verwerken van de goederen en processen, sta je altijd klaar om problemen op te lossen binnen het logistieke proces en werk je zelf ook nog geregeld mee aan de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van het team. Dit verwachten wij van jou Je bent een ervaren leidinggevende die zich helemaal thuis voelt in de logistiek en die zichzelf een echte teamspeler kan noemen. Communiceren met stakeholders is voor jou vanzelfsprekend en je weet hoe je hen op een juiste manier moet betrekken.
