Wat ga je precies doen Als coördinator multi-client fulfilment warehouse (MCFW) speel je een belangrijke rol in het soepel laten verlopen van de dagelijkse warehouse-operaties. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is en waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het coördineren van goederenstromen van meerdere klanten. Met jouw organisatorische vaardigheden en leiderschap zorg je ervoor dat processen efficiënt, veilig en volgens planning verlopen. Daarnaast ben je continu op zoek naar manieren om de kwaliteit en productiviteit te verbeteren, en draag je bij aan een veilige en gestructureerde werkomgeving. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Coördineren van dagelijkse inbound- en outboundactiviteiten en zorgen voor een efficiënte orderverwerking. - Beheren en bewaken van de voorraadadministratie en signaleren van knelpunten. - Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van het warehouseteam. - Toezien op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, werkinstructies en procedures. - Plannen en organiseren van werkzaamheden om een optimale inzet van mensen en middelen te realiseren.
