Bij Retail Partners Colruyt Group zorgen we vanuit ons distributiecentrum in Mechelen elke dag voor de bevoorrading van meer dan 380 zelfstandige winkeliers. Als coördinator logistiek zorg jij ervoor dat de logistieke processen in het magazijn vlot, veilig en efficiënt verlopen. Je ondersteunt medewerkers op de werkvloer, stemt af met verschillende afdelingen en bewaart het overzicht wanneer prioriteiten veranderen.

Een afwisselende functie waarin je initiatief neemt, verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en elke dag zichtbaar impact hebt op de werking van ons distributiecentrum. Zo draag je rechtstreeks bij aan een sterke supply chain en de dagelijkse bevoorrading van honderden zelfstandige winkels.

Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden als coördinator logistiek? • Je coördineert de dagelijkse logistieke activiteiten in het magazijn en zorgt ervoor dat het werk in jouw afdeling vlot verloopt. Je stelt de juiste prioriteiten en stuurt bij wanneer nodig.

• Je ondersteunt medewerkers op de werkvloer, geeft duidelijke instructies en bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt bij operationele vragen.

• Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit verschillende logistieke afdelingen om een vlotte goederenstroom binnen het distributiecentrum te garanderen.

• Je volgt veiligheid, kwaliteit, orde en netheid op en spreekt collega's aan waar nodig. Daarbij geef je zelf het goede voorbeeld.

• Je denkt mee na over verbeteringen van logistieke processen en helpt processen efficiënter en eenvoudiger te maken.

Je start met een praktijkgericht opleidingstraject waarin je onze logistieke processen stap voor stap leert kennen. Je ontdekt verschillende afdelingen binnen het distributiecentrum en bouwt zo de kennis en ervaring op om je rol als coördinator logistiek zelfstandig op te nemen.

Je werkt als coördinator logistiek in het distributiecentrum van Retail Partners Colruyt Group in Mechelen, waar je mee zorgt voor een vlotte logistieke werking.

• Opleiding en ervaring – Je hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring, bij voorkeur in logistiek, supply chain of een magazijnomgeving. Een eerste ervaring als coördinator logistiek, magazijncoördinator, logistiek teamcoördinator of in een coördinerende logistieke functie is een plus.

• Communicatief – Je communiceert helder, werkt graag samen met collega’s en durft mensen op een respectvolle manier aan te spreken.

• Verantwoordelijkheidszin – Je neemt initiatief, durft beslissingen te nemen en hebt oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit, orde en netheid.

• Talenkennis – Je spreekt vlot Nederlands of Frans en bent bereid om je verder te ontwikkelen in de tweede landstaal.

• Flexibiliteit – Je werkt in een ploegensysteem, inclusief avondwerk en gemiddeld 1 zaterdag op 6.
