Locatie: Weesp Werk je graag in een functie waarin logistiek, planning en coördineren van personeel samenkomt? Over Centercom Al meer dan 25 jaar is Centercom Buitenreclame dé expert op het gebied van buitenreclame. Met maar liefst 33.356 reclameborden verspreid over 125 gemeenten in Nederland én een groeiend digitaal netwerk, bereiken we wekelijks miljoenen mensen. Onze reclamevlakken zijn te vinden op straat, in de openbare ruimte en in horecagelegenheden. Wij geloven in de kracht van zichtbaarheid en zorgen dat onze klanten op het juiste moment de juiste doelgroep bereiken. Jouw rol Jouw rol is heel belangrijk. Samen met de vestigingsmanagers van de depots in Weesp en Dordrecht én de Servicemedewerkers zorg je ervoor dat de posters elke dag perfect worden gewisseld. Je houdt onder meer in de gaten dat de juiste posters binnenkomen vanuit de drukkerij, dat de planningen worden uitgevoerd en dat de Servicemedewerkers de juiste routes rijden. Dit kun je volgen in het systeem. De samenwerking met de Servicemedewerkers doe je uiteraard op een coachende en ondersteunende manier. Je werkt hoofdzakelijk vanuit het depot in Weesp, maar bij afwezigheid van de vestigingsmanager in Dordrecht ben je ook daar inzetbaar. Op beide depots werken ongeveer 15 medewerkers. Wat wij zoeken Voor dit werk is het belangrijk dat je iedere dag op tijd aan je werkdag begint (rond 6 uur). De Servicemedewerkers beginnen ook op tijd en jij bent hen eerste aanspreekpunt. Het is in deze functie belangrijk dat jij als coördinator je werk altijd op orde hebt, zodat de medewerkers hun werk goed kunnen uitvoeren. We vinden het belangrijk dat je ondersteunt en motiverend coach. Ervaring met aansturen van personeel in een logistieke omgeving vinden we erg belangrijk. Ook moet je goed kunnen werken op...
