Ben jij een organisatorisch talent met een hands-on mentaliteit? Hou je ervan om processen in goede banen te leiden, overzicht te bewaren en tegelijkertijd dicht bij de dagelijkse werking te staan? Dan ben jij misschien de Coördinator Logistiek & Transport die wij zoeken.

In deze veelzijdige functie zorg je ervoor dat goederen tijdig en correct hun bestemming bereiken. Je combineert planning, administratie en operationele ondersteuning om een vlotte logistieke werking te garanderen. Bovendien krijg je de kans om door te groeien tot de rechterhand en back-up van onze Logistiek Verantwoordelijke.

Jouw uitdaging: Je

  • Plant en organiseert de dagelijkse verzendingen en stemt hierbij af met de commerciële binnendienst en chauffeurs.
  • Volgt levertermijnen nauwgezet op en zorgt voor een efficiënte goederenstroom.
  • Verzorgt de logistieke administratie, waaronder orderverzamellijsten, zendnota's, transportdocumenten en registraties.
  • Ondersteunt de dagelijkse magazijnwerking en bewaakt een correcte voorraadadministratie.
  • Volgt scanningprocessen, stocktellingen en werkverdelingen op.
  • Ondersteunt, samen met de Logistiek Verantwoordelijke, de begeleiding van magazijnmedewerkers en draagt bij aan een veilige, ordelijke en efficiënte werkomgeving.
  • Signaleert knelpunten en denkt actief mee over optimalisaties en procesverbeteringen.
  • Groeit op termijn uit tot back-up van de Logistiek Verantwoordelijke en neemt bij diens afwezigheid de dagelijkse coördinatie op.
  • Schakelt vlot tussen logistieke, administratieve en operationele taken naargelang de noden van de organisatie.

Je bent een gestructureerde en ondernemende professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Ervaring binnen logistiek, magazijnbeheer of transportplanning.
  • Sterke administratieve vaardigheden en een nauwkeurige werkhouding.
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen en Microsoft Office.
  • Een goed organisatorisch inzicht en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen, ook onder druk.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en een proactieve aanpak.
  • Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en interesse in procesoptimalisatie.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een collegiale ingesteldheid.
