Als Coördinator Logistiek & Winkelondersteuning zorg je ervoor dat onze winkels dagelijks vlot, georganiseerd en efficiënt functioneren. Je ondersteunt de winkelteams en werkt mee aan de praktische en logistieke organisatie van de winkels.

Jouw taken

  • Uitvoeren van algemene logistieke taken.
  • Ontvangen en controleren van binnenkomende goederen.
  • Goederen etiketteren, sorteren en organiseren.
  • Goederen voorbereiden en verdelen over de verschillende winkels.
  • Ondersteunen bij het aanvullen en organiseren van producten in de winkels.
  • Zorgen voor orde, netheid en een verzorgde uitstraling van de winkels.
  • Uitvoeren van eenvoudige praktische werkzaamheden en basisonderhoud.
  • Controleren of materialen en basisvoorzieningen in goede staat zijn.
  • Kleine praktische problemen oplossen of signaleren wanneer verdere opvolging nodig is.
  • De winkelmedewerkers ondersteunen waar nodig.
  • Bijspringen aan de kassa wanneer extra hulp nodig is.
  • Ondersteunen tijdens drukke momenten of wanneer een winkel extra hulp nodig heeft.
  • Zich verplaatsen tussen verschillende winkels volgens de dagelijkse behoeften.
  • Bijdragen aan een vlotte en efficiënte dagelijkse werking van de winkels.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd, betrouwbaar en flexibel.
  • Je werkt graag praktisch en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en werkt graag samen met anderen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Je bent bereid om verschillende taken op te nemen en bij te springen waar nodig.
  • Je hebt een goede werkmentaliteit en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken.
  • Je bent fysiek in staat om goederen en materialen te verplaatsen.
  • Geen specifieke opleiding vereist.
  • Ervaring in logistiek, winkelwerk of een gelijkaardige functie is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je kunt je vlot verplaatsen tussen verschillende winkels.
