Dit ga jij doen Als Coördinator Magazijn & Facilitair krijg je in deze rol de verantwoordelijkheid over een breed en belangrijk werkgebied. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het magazijn, materieel en de facilitaire zaken goed geregeld zijn én blijven. Dit is een greep uit jouw verantwoordelijkheden; - Beheren en bewaken van keuringen van magazijnmiddelen, materieel en stellingen, inclusief planning en registratie; - Toezicht houden op orde, netheid en veiligheid en actie ondernemen waar nodig; - Organiseren en registreren van toolboxmeetings en opvolgen van gemaakte afspraken; - Controleren van vrachtwagens op ADR-eisen en plannen en bewaken van benodigde keuringen; - Verantwoordelijk voor voorraadbeheer en logistieke administratie; - Coördineren en opvolgen van klein onderhoud en periodieke controles; - Zorgen dat EHBO-middelen en -voorzieningen op orde zijn en blijven; - Fungeren als spil tussen verschillende afdelingen en zorgen dat acties en afspraken worden opgepakt en opgevolgd.
