Coördinator Managed Services Wil jij een Managed Services-team aansturen en ervoor zorgen dat klanten iedere dag kunnen rekenen op stabiele en professionele ICT-dienstverlening? Als Coördinator Managed Services geef je leiding aan een team van ongeveer tien supportmedewerkers en engineers. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening, houdt overzicht over incidenten en escalaties en stuurt op SLA's, bezetting en klanttevredenheid. Daarbij combineer je leidinggevende ervaring met voldoende technische kennis om prioriteiten te stellen en engineers inhoudelijk aan te sturen. Je werkt in een dynamische MSP-omgeving met meerdere klantomgevingen en bent het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, klanten, collega-coördinatoren en de directie. Als Coördinator Managed Services werk je nauw samen met support engineers, servicedesk en klanten om de continuïteit en kwaliteit van de dienstverlening te waarborgen. Je geeft dagelijks richting aan het team, bewaakt de voortgang van incidenten en changes en zorgt dat afspraken met klanten worden nagekomen. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij escalaties en neemt de regie bij verstoringen en security-incidenten. Daarnaast stuur je op samenwerking, verbetering en een stabiele dienstverlening binnen de afgesproken SLA's. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - aansturen van een team van eerste- en tweedelijns supportmedewerkers en engineers - bewaken van de teambezetting, werkdruk en dagelijkse voortgang - coördineren van meldingen, incidenten en technische escalaties - bewaken van de dienstverlening en afhandeling binnen afgesproken SLA's - nemen van de regie bij major incidents en security-incidenten - beoordelen van changes op risico, impact en uitvoerbaarheid - communiceren met klanten over escalaties, voortgang en verbeteringen - begeleiden van medewerkers bij onboarding, coaching...
