Je komt terecht in een groeiende organisatie in regio Laarne, actief binnen infrastructuurwerken en technische dienstverlening. Het bedrijf beschikt over een uitgebreid machine- en wagenpark en ondersteunt dagelijks werven verspreid over België. Met een team van ervaren medewerkers en een sterke focus op continuïteit en efficiëntie, vormt de technische dienst een cruciale schakel binnen de werking.

Binnen deze context neem je als Coördinator de leiding over de garage en zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van het volledige materieelpark.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Coördinator stuur je een team van mecaniciens aan en zorg je voor een duidelijke taakverdeling
  • Daarnaast plan je onderhoud en herstellingen van het uitgebreide machine- en wagenpark efficiënt in
  • Verder coördineer je depannages en dringende interventies zodat stilstanden tot een minimum beperkt blijven
  • Bovendien onderhoud je contacten met externe garages en partners voor gespecialiseerde herstellingen
  • Tot slot volg je meldingen van arbeiders en werfleiders op en zorg je voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van kosten en interventies
  • Je beschikt over een technische achtergrond in mechanica, hydraulica of gelijkaardig
  • Daarnaast heb je ervaring met planning en het inschatten van onderhoud en herstellingen
  • Bovendien werk je hands-on en behoud je rust en overzicht in een dynamische omgeving
  • Tot slot beheers je het Nederlands goed en kan je je behelpen in het Engels, kennis van Frans is een plus
