Als coördinator mutatie onderhoud heb je een veelzijdige functie met verantwoordelijkheden. In deze dynamische rol is jouw verdeling 60% op kantoor en 40% buiten de deur. Tijdens de opname verzamel jij alle informatie die jij nodig hebt. Met deze informatie ga jij terug naar het kantoor waar jij vervolgens de werkzaamheden te gaan plannen en uit te zetten bij alle relaties en onderaannemers. Uiteraard houd jij de klant en bewoners goed op de hoogte van de planning. Goede en heldere communicatie is immers de sleutel tot een geslaagd project. Van opname tot nazorg bij jij verantwoordelijk voor het project! Wie je bent (of wil worden): Dit is een veelzijdige functie waarin het vermogen om snel te kunnen schakelen van groot belang is. Daarnaast zoeken wij iemand met een bouwkundige achtergrond, daar waar verstand van de bouw je enorm gaat helpen. Wij letten minimaal op het volgende: - Een mbo- of hbo-diploma bij voorkeur met technisch karakt; - Affiniteit met renovatie en onderhoud (pré); - Communicatief vaardig; zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B.
