Met een ploeg van meer dan 40 mensen produceren zij zowel standaard- als maatoplossingen voor diverse industrieën. Deze familiale KMO levert als belangrijke wereldspeler in meer dan 60 landen. Door voortdurend mee te denken in nieuwe toepassingsmogelijkheden staan ze bekend als een innovatieve en flexibele speler in de silicaatindustrie. Om de wereldwijde activiteiten van Silmaco verder uit te breiden en de interne organisatie te versterken, zijn wij voor hen op zoek naar een coördinator onderhoud en engineering.

Functie

Als Coördinator Onderhoud en Engineering ben je verantwoordelijk voor de operationele uitvoering van het onderhoudsbeleid en de opvolging van technische projecten binnen de plant. Je combineert hands-on sturing met strategisch inzicht en tilt zo digitalisatie en automatisatie naar een hoger niveau. In deze rol:

  • Stuur je het onderhoudsteam (4) aan en plan je preventief, curatief en modificatief onderhoud in functie van beschikbaarheid, prioriteiten en veiligheid.
  • Werk je actief mee aan de verdere digitalisering van het onderhoudsbeheer en optimalisatie van processen.
  • Coördineer je kleinere technische projecten van A tot Z: van specificaties en prijsaanvragen tot uitvoering en documentatiebeheer.
  • Zorg je voor een nauwkeurige technische planning en begeleiding van zowel interne medewerkers als externe firma’s.
  • Draag je bij aan het opstellen en up-to-date houden van technische dossiers, onderhoudsplannen en FMEA-analyses.
  • Evalueer je installaties, voer je inspectierondes uit en initieer je verbeteracties.
  • Ben je het aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers en bewaak je de naleving van afspraken, kwaliteit en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Operations manager en werk je nauw samen met de Engineering Manager en de productieafdeling.
  • Jij beschikt over een Master Elektromechanica, of gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring binnen industrieel onderhoud en technisch projectwerk.
  • Je combineert sterke analytische vaardigheden met planmatig inzicht.
  • Je bent een coachend leider met zin voor initiatief, die het team weet te motiveren en ontwikkelen.
  • Je communiceert helder en efficiënt, zowel intern als extern. Zo onderhoud jij contacten met leveranciers van technische goederen/diensten.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit, voelt je verantwoordelijk en bent flexibel ingesteld.
