Opdrachtgevers en medewerkers vertrouwen op jouw organisatiekracht en vakmanschap voor het tijdig en vakkundig uitvoeren van alle service en storingswerkzaamheden in de retail, horeca en kantoren markt . Jij begrijpt dat goede communicatie met onze klanten en leveren wat is afgesproken, de basis vormt voor een duurzame relatie met onze medewerkers en opdrachtgevers. Werkzaamheden bestaan uit? - Verantwoordelijk voor onderhoud-, project- en personeelsplanning. - Kostprijscalculaties, offertes, bestellen van materialen bewaken van tijdige levering. - Je organiseert en controleert de inzet van onderaannemers. - Aansturen van en communiceren met derde partijen zoals verhuurder en beheerder. - Verantwoordelijk voor afdelings- budget en resultaat. - Beoordelen en interpreteren van bouw en installatie tekeningen. - Je levert een bijdrage aan contractvorming met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en leveranciers Wat vragen wij? - Je hebt een technische MBO+ opleiding bijvoorbeeld bouwkunde. - Beschikt over relevante werkervaring in een service omgeving. - Praktijk ervaring vertaal je in heldere en duidelijke aanwijzingen. - Communicatief en samenwerkingsvaardig. - Je bent commercieel ingesteld en vertaalt kansen naar rendabele activiteiten. - Je hebt aantoonbaar leidinggevende capaciteiten. - Je beschikt over een flexibele instelling, aangezien je werkzaam bent binnen een 24/7 service afdeling. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. - Je bent bereid om je regelmatig te verplaatsen in de Benelux en Duitsland.
