Jouw functie Als coördinator onderhoud en tuinaanleg ben jij de spil van ons team. Je organiseert en plant het tuinonderhoud, begeleidt onze hoveniers en medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat elk project netjes, efficiënt en volgens afspraak wordt uitgevoerd. Veilig werken en kwaliteit leveren staan bij jou altijd voorop.

Je taken omvatten:

  • Plannen, coördineren en opvolgen van tuinonderhoud en tuinaanleg
  • Aansturen, motiveren en coachen van medewerkers en hoveniers
  • Zelf actief meewerken waar nodig, van snoeien tot scheren en aanplanten
  • Zorgen voor correcte uitvoering en perfecte afwerking van elk project
  • Communiceren met klanten en teamleden, duidelijk en professioneel
  • Oplossingen zoeken bij uitdagingen en kritisch meedenken over werkprocessen

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ruime ervaring in tuinonderhoud (snoei-, scheer- en begeleidingswerken)
  • Je bent sterk in leidinggeven: medewerkers motiveren, coachen en duidelijke instructies geven
  • Je beschikt over een zeer goede plantenkennis
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B
  • Je bent een echte buitenmens met een passie voor groen
  • Je werkt veilig, nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, representatief en kwaliteitsbewust
  • Je communiceert zeer vlot en oplossingsgericht in het Nederlands
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken
  • Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen
