Coordinator dagelijks onderhoud en mutatie Als coördinator dagelijks onderhoud en mutatie ben jij de spil in het organiseren, plannen en begeleiden van onderhoudswerkzaamheden binnen de woningbouw en het vastgoedonderhoud. Jij schakelt dagelijks met bewoners, opdrachtgevers en vakmensen en zorgt dat alles soepel, op tijd en binnen budget verloopt. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en daar krijg jij energie van. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - coördineren van dagelijks onderhoud en mutatieonderhoud - opnemen van woningen en bepalen van werkzaamheden - opstellen van planningen en werkopdrachten - aansturen van vakmensen, leveranciers en onderaannemers - bewaken van kwaliteit, voortgang, veiligheid en budget - onderhouden van contact met bewoners en opdrachtgevers - verwerken van administratie en opleveringen Wat jij krijgt - salaris van € 4.000,- tot € 5.000,- bruto per maand - dienstverband vanaf 32 uur per week - 43 vakantiedagen en vakantiegeld - auto, laptop en telefoon van de zaak - pensioenregeling - opleidingsmogelijkheden en doorgroeikansen Over de organisatie Je komt te werken bij een stabiele en groeiende organisatie binnen de bouw en het vastgoedonderhoud.
