In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat medewerkers goed voorbereid aan hun dienst beginnen tijdens evenementen, congressen en voorstellingen. Jij bent een belangrijke schakel achter de schermen en zorgt dat alles rondom de personeelsontvangst op rolletjes loopt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen goed geregeld is, zodat je collega's goed voorbereid aan de slag kunnen. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt tijdens evenementen in het Beatrixgebouw: je ontvangt medewerkers en uitzendkrachten, checkt ze in en voorziet hen van de juiste bedrijfskleding - Je schakelt met uitzendbureaus en de planningsafdeling om ervoor te zorgen dat de bezetting op orde is - Je houdt de linnenkamer netjes en georganiseerd en zorgt dat alles op tijd schoon en klaar ligt - Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen en zorgt dat collega's op tijd en goed voorbereid kunnen starten - Dankzij jouw overzicht en gastvrijheid loopt alles soepel en draag je bij aan een geweldige dag voor onze gasten Vereisten Dit krijg je van ons Plezier in je werk en je persoonlijke ontwikkeling vind je belangrijk en dat natuurlijk het liefst in een duurzame omgeving.
