The posting

STEF is voor haar vestiging in Oostkamp, met 300 werknemers en specialist in de distributie van goederen onder gecontroleerde temperatuur op (inter)nationaal vlak, op zoek naar een Coördinator Planning Buitenland (V/M/X) voor een vast dienstverband.

Uw rol ?

U rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Transport Manager en bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van drie internationale planningsteams. U zorgt ervoor dat de operationele werking vlot verloopt en bouwt tegelijk mee aan de verdere optimalisatie van de internationale transportorganisatie.

Operationele aansturing

  • U stuurt dagelijks drie planningsteams aan, bestaande uit de planners Duitsland, Frankrijk en resources planner.
  • U stuurt bij waar operationele uitdagingen zich voordoen en bewaakt de continuïteit van de dienstverlening.
  • U zorgt ervoor dat de planning efficiënt en kwalitatief wordt uitgevoerd door uw team.

Procesoptimalisatie

  • U analyseert structurele knelpunten binnen de planning en werkt verbeteracties uit.
  • U optimaliseert processen rond laad- en losplaatsen
  • U versterkt de samenwerking met de internationale STEF-vestigingen, voornamelijk in Frankrijk.
  • U denkt mee over efficiëntere werkmethodes en zet verbeteringen om in de praktijk.

Analyse en rapportering

  • U volgt operationele KPI's op en analyseert de resultaten zoals percentage lege kilometers,uitgevoerde ritten en retourstromen.
  • U verwerkt rapporteringen in Excel en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • U organiseert periodieke teammeetings waarin resultaten en verbeterpunten worden besproken.

People management

  • U geeft leiding aan een team van 12 planners met uiteenlopende profielen en ervaringsniveaus.
  • U stelt opleidingsplannen op en begeleidt de verdere ontwikkeling van uw medewerkers.
  • U creëert een omgeving waarin samenwerking, structuur en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.

Uw profiel ?

  • U beschikt over ervaring binnen transport, logistiek of planning.
  • U bent analytisch sterk en haalt energie uit het optimaliseren van processen.
  • U bent een coachende leidinggevende die verschillende persoonlijkheden kan aansturen.
  • U communiceert vlot met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders zoals uw eigen team en klanten.
  • Kennis van het Duits en/of Frans is een sterke troef. U beschikt daarnaast over een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • U werkt vlot met Excel. Ervaring met BlueJay is een troef.
