Als Coördinator Planning & Dienst-na-Verkoop ben jij de spil tussen klanten, planning en plaatsingsteams binnen de afdeling poorten. Je zorgt voor overzicht, duidelijke communicatie en een vlotte opvolging van dossiers. Jouw takenpakket is gevarieerd en uitdagend:

  • Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor inkomende telefonie en staat garant voor een professionele en klantgerichte communicatie
  • Je volgt dossiers volledig op, van opstart van de plaatsing tot oplevering en financiële afronding
  • Je plant en coördineert de plaatsingsploegen en staat in voor een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging (werkfiches, uren, facturatie)

Je beheert de planning van interventies binnen dienst-na-verkoop, met correct onderscheid tussen garantie en factureerbare werkzaamheden

  • Je stuurt plaatsingsteams aan, motiveert hen en zorgt voor een vlotte organisatie op de werkvloer
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en neemt initiatief om administratieve flow efficiënter te maken.

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

Je beschikt over een masterdiploma Industrieel Ingenieur of Handelsingenieur, of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring

  • Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren en bewaart het overzicht in een dynamische context
  • Je hebt eerste ervaring in het aansturen van teams en weet mensen te motiveren en begeleiden op een respectvolle manier
  • Je schakelt vlot bij dringende interventies en onverwachte situaties
  • Je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met heldere en empathische communicatie
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en discreet, met oog voor resultaat en klanttevredenheid
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans
  • Flexibiliteit zit in je DNA: je voelt je goed in een rol waar geen dag hetzelfde is.
