Voor onze vestiging in Deurne zoeken we een Coördinator Planning die ons Operations-team komt versterken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Jij bent de spil van het operationele verhaal. Geen dag is hetzelfde, maar dit mag je verwachten:

  • Je plant nationale en internationale verhuisopdrachten van A tot Z — met eigen teams, chauffeurs en onderaannemers
  • Je stuurt bij waar nodig, want de realiteit loopt niet altijd zoals gepland
  • Je communiceert helder met onderaannemers en verhuizers en houdt iedereen scherp
  • Je zorgt voor een ijzersterke administratieve opvolging in de planningstool
  • Je maakt dagelijkse werkdocumenten op en houdt werkuren bij
  • Je zoekt continu naar de meest efficiënte aanpak — altijd met het budget in het achterhoofd
  • Het Europese wegennet? Geen enkel geheim voor jou
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Engels én Frans
  • Je hebt ervaring in transport of logistiek, en planning is jouw tweede natuur
  • Je hebt minstens 3jaar relevante ervaring
  • Stress? Die zet jij om in oplossingen
  • Je bent analytisch, georganiseerd en flexibel — en dat bewijs je elke dag opnieuw
  • Microsoft Office kent geen verrassingen voor jou
