Hou jij ervan om planningen op te maken en ervoor te zorgen dat alles vlot verloopt? Als coördinator planning en dienst-na-verkoop zorg je voor een efficiënte planning van techniekers en volg je service- en onderhoudsaanvragen op. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij herstellingen en houdt hen correct op de hoogte van de voortgang. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om een vlotte dienstverlening te garanderen. Je behoudt het overzicht, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van elk dossier. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent en klantgerichte aanpak verlopen interventies efficiënt en krijgen klanten de service die ze verwachten.

Jouw taken

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de planning voor techniekers en interventies.
  • Coördineren van service- en onderhoudsaanvragen en klanten informeren.
  • Administratief opvolgen van dossiers en samenwerken met interne afdelingen.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je communiceert vlot, klantgericht en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Ervaring in planning, aftersales of customer service is een pluspunt.
  • Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma Industrieel Ingenieur of Handelsingenieur, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
