The posting

Werken op de zeedijk met zicht op zee, in een jong en hecht team. Bij Agence Lecomte zoeken we een georganiseerde en klantgerichte Coördinator Planning & Hospitality.

In deze rol neem je de kuisplanning stevig in handen en help je samen met je collega's onze gasten aan de balie. Een gevarieerde job waarin geen twee dagen hetzelfde zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

Jouw eigen verantwoordelijkheid:

  • Kuisplanning & logistiek: Je stelt de week- en dagplanning op voor ons schoonmaakteam. Je stemt dit nauwkeurig af op de in- en uitchecks van onze vakantie-appartementen.
  • Aansturing & kwaliteit: Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor het schoonmaakpersoneel. Je begeleidt hen, stuurt bij waar nodig en volgt de staat van de appartementen op.

Samen met het team:

  • Onthaal & gastvrijheid: Je ontvangt gasten aan de balie, regelt de check-ins en zorgt dat ze zich meteen welkom voelen.
  • Communicatie: Je beantwoordt vragen van gasten via telefoon, e-mail of aan het onthaal.
  • Onderhoud: Defecten of herstellingen volg je samen met je collega's op met onze vaste klusjesman en externe technici.

Wie ben jij?

  • Sterk georganiseerd: Je behoudt eenvoudig het overzicht, ook op drukke wisseldagen, en kunt snel schakelen als de situatie erom vraagt.
  • Goede talenkennis: Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Dit is nodig voor de communicatie met onze internationale gasten én de poetsploeg. Kennis van het Duits is een mooie troef.
  • Mensenmens: Je bent geen autoritaire baas, maar weet wel hoe je mensen op een prettige en duidelijke manier aanstuurt. Ervaring met teamaansturing is een pluspunt.
  • Servicegericht: Je helpt mensen graag verder en blijft vriendelijk en oplossingsgericht op drukke momenten.
  • Dierenvriend: Onze kantoorhond Scott is een vast gezicht op kantoor, dus een hart voor honden is mooi meegenomen.
