Jostijn Ligtvoet Coördinator Podiumtechniek Ben jij de coördinator die techniek, team en theater samenbrengt? Jostijn Ligtvoet In Schouwburg & Concertzaal Tilburg zijn we met bezieling dag in dag uit in de weer om Tilburg te raken. Specifiek die vonk tussen artiest en publiek, tussen mensen en hun stad. Jaarlijks brengen we meer dan 400 voorstellingen en concerten tot leven, met grote namen, nieuw talent en alles daartussenin. Achter de schermen zorgt een team vaste technici, aangevuld met flexibele krachten, voor licht, geluid en video in alle zalen. Technisch staat er genoeg te gebeuren: twee zalen zijn inmiddels omgebouwd naar LED, en dit jaar staat de Schouwburg op de planning om diezelfde slag te maken. Wat er ook op het podium staat, ons team zorgt ervoor dat het 's avonds staat als een huis. Om dit technisch optimaal te blijven ondersteunen zoeken wij een nieuwe collega! Schouwburg & Concertzaal Tilburg is per direct op zoek naar een Coördinator Podiumtechniek (36 uur/fulltime) Als Coördinator Podiumtechniek ben jij de spil in het technische hart van onze organisatie. Je geeft leiding aan de afdeling Theatertechniek (10 FTE). Samen met jouw team zorg je ervoor dat onze voorstellingen en evenementen technisch vlekkeloos verlopen. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie. Met jouw expertise, overzicht en teamgerichte aanpak maak je het mogelijk dat artiesten, collega's en bezoekers elke dag kunnen rekenen op een perfect draaiend theater. Wat ga je doen? - Je leidt, coacht en motiveert het team Theatertechniek; - Je draagt zorg voor een goed technisch verloop van alle voorstellingen en evenementen; - Je draait wekelijks mee op de vloer, ook tijdens uitvoeringen; - Je adviseert het managementteam en collega's over technische ontwikkelingen, investeringen en vernieuwing binnen het vakgebied.
