De uitdaging die je zoekt, vind je als coördinator proces & kwaliteit bij ons in Moerdijk Van ontwerp en engineering tot productie, montage en onderhoud: bij KnookStaal komen verschillende werkzaamheden samen. Jij brengt structuur in deze processen, maakt afspraken duidelijk en helpt collega's om iedere dag volgens dezelfde kwaliteitsstandaarden te werken. Waar kun jij op rekenen? Als coördinator proces & kwaliteit onderzoek je hoe werkzaamheden slimmer, duidelijker en beter beheersbaar kunnen worden ingericht. Je legt processen vast, signaleert waar het beter kan en zorgt dat verbeteringen ook echt worden doorgevoerd. Veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu maken daar onderdeel van uit, maar jouw belangrijkste aandachtspunt is het versterken van onze processen en kwaliteitsborging. KnookStaal werkt onder andere met VCA**, ISO 9001, EN 1090-1, ISO 3834-2, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SCL-4 en de CO₂-Prestatieladder. Jij zorgt ervoor dat deze normen niet alleen op papier kloppen, maar ook logisch terugkomen in de dagelijkse praktijk. - Bedrijfs- en projectprocessen inventariseren, structureren en verbeteren - Procedures, werkinstructies en kwaliteitsdocumentatie opstellen en actualiseren - Afwijkingen en knelpunten onderzoeken en verbetermaatregelen doorvoeren - Interne en externe audits voorbereiden, begeleiden en opvolgen - Bewaken dat kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en milieueisen in de praktijk worden nageleefd Wie zijn wij? KnookStaal is ruim 80 jaar actief in de wereld van staal- en werktuigbouwkundige installaties voor de infrasector. Wij richten ons op nieuwbouw, renovatie en onderhoud van bruggen en sluizen en staan voor onze kwaliteit en een voorspelbare uitvoering. Het proces van ontwerp, engineering, productie, montage en inspectie en onderhoud voeren wij in eigen beheer uit.
