The posting

Als coördinator regiebureau houd je de betrokkenheid van partnerorganisaties bij ongeveer 70 IT-projecten bij. Je bewaakt de status en routering en zorgt dat de administratie actueel blijft. Stokt een proces? Dan zoek je naar een oplossing.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je houdt de betrokkenheid van partners bij IT-projecten bij, waaronder de status en routering. • Je bent het directe aanspreekpunt voor accountmanagers van partnerorganisaties bij operationele zaken. • Je schakelt met administratieve afdelingen, zoals Project Management Office (PMO), Inkoop en Finance. • Je bereidt overleggen voor en maakt notulen. • Je bereidt strategische projectrapportages voor. • Je verwerkt statussen en houdt de dossiers administratief op orde. • Je zoekt naar oplossingen wanneer een proces vastloopt.

Je werkt 36 uur per week. Je kunt je werktijden zelf indelen tussen 07.00 en 18.00 uur. Je start op 28 september 2026 voor een periode van 2 maanden met eventueel kans op verlenging.

Functie-eisen: Wie ben jij?

Je bent omgevingsbewust en begrijpt wat er binnen de organisatie speelt. Je legt makkelijk contact, verbindt mensen en werkt resultaatgericht. Ook kun je goed plannen en organiseren. Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt creatief mee en kunt zelfstandig werken. Daarnaast ben je flexibel en pas je je makkelijk aan wanneer de situatie verandert.

Wat neem je mee?

• Mbo+ werk- en denkniveau. • Werkervaring op niet-juniorniveau. • Je hebt een praktische, hands-on manier van werken. • Je kunt werken met Excel, Word en Microsoft 365. • Kennis van IT-organisaties is mooi meegenomen.
